Product groups, configurator with live price, cart, discount codes and stock.
Invoices under German law
Gap-free numbers, unchangeable once issued, cancellation by credit note, ZUGFeRD and XRechnung.
Payments
Stripe, PayPal, Mollie and bank transfer. The status is read from the provider, not taken from the webhook alone.
Subscriptions and dunning
Automatic renewal, three dunning levels, fees, suspension and prepaid.
Automatic provisioning
Pelican, Pterodactyl, KeyHelp, Plesk or manual, with retries and verification.
Customer area
Services, invoices, tickets, change or cancel the contract, two-factor sign-in and passkeys.
Orders run through by themselves
The customer configures and pays, Provomatic issues the invoice, checks the payment with the provider, creates the server in the panel and shows it in the customer area. After that it takes care of renewal, collection and reminders.
Invoices that save you work
Invoices are locked and given a checksum once issued. Value added tax for domestic sales, small businesses, EU OSS and reverse charge with VIES check is built in.
A customer area that prevents questions
Your customers see their services and invoices, pay online, open tickets, change or cancel their contract and control their servers themselves.

With the licence you get every module, at no extra charge and without limits:
- Game servers: Pelican and Pterodactyl, with automatic creation, suspension and unsuspension
- Web hosting: KeyHelp and Plesk
- Domains and DNS: search, registration, transfer and renewal at INWX, a DNS editor for your customers at Cloudflare
- Payments: Stripe, PayPal, Mollie and bank transfer
- Manual: products without a connection that you deliver yourself
Pelican and Pterodactyl are the most thoroughly tested, KeyHelp and Plesk are in beta. New modules are added during the term at no extra charge.

Requirements for self-hosting
- A Linux server (Debian 12 or Ubuntu 24.04 are tested) with at least 2 GB of memory and 10 GB of storage
- PHP 8.3 or 8.4 with php-fpm and the usual extensions (curl, gd, intl, mbstring, pdo_mysql, sodium, xml, zip and more; the web installer checks them)
- MariaDB 10.6 or newer (or MySQL 8.0) and nginx
- Your own domain with an HTTPS certificate
- An SMTP account to send invoices and notifications
- For provisioning: access to your Pelican, Pterodactyl, KeyHelp or Plesk
Setup takes about ten minutes with the web installer. With managed hosting all of this is gone, we take care of servers and operation.

What is the difference between self-hosting and managed hosting?
With self-hosting you install and run Provomatic on your own server. With managed hosting (299 euros net per year on top of the licence) we run the installation for you on three servers at three locations, with failover protection, updates, monitoring and backups.
What does the licence include?
One domain, all extensions, no limit on the number of customers and all updates during the term.
How do I renew the licence?
In the customer area under your services. The licence does not renew by itself, you pay for the renewal when you need it.
Can I change the domain?
Yes. You release the change yourself in the customer area, with no limit on how often.
Where is my data?
Provomatic runs on your own server. Your customer data stays on your infrastructure.
What does the server need?
A Linux server (Debian 12 or Ubuntu 24.04 are tested) with PHP 8.3 or 8.4, MariaDB and nginx. The web installer checks this and sets the application up.
